Weekly Wrap Up # 9

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

This week on the blog:

Hall-O-Scream Book Fair. Today’s the last day to check it out… There are a bunch of free books and even more books that are marked down.

Review Tour Stop: The Autumn You Became Mine – 4.5 Star Review

Author Interview: Anthony Dobranski author of The Demon in Business Class

Coming up in the next week

Review: A Touch of Death by Rebecca Crunden

MY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Whoohoo. Sadly to broke to have much of a celebration but will probably still end up with a hangover on Monday. Whoops.

And as always a bunch of other tour stops.

What I finished this week:

I am going through the most terrible book slump. No matter what I pick up I cannot get into any of it. So I have been rereading some of my old favourites

What I am reading right now:

Another reread – but I did manage to get the next 2 books in the series this week so will be doing them after I am done with this re-read.

And currently listening to Nite Fire: Flash Point. It’s really flipping amazing.

Next up is Stacking the Shelves @ Tynga’s Book reviews & Reading Reality

Thanks to the Hall-O-Scream Fair I have a whole freaken library of new books.

Then my inbox was all so filled with a few beauties:

How it works:

  1. Post an answer to the weekly question
  2. Link up to the post on the lovely Ramblings of a coffee addicted writer
  3. Visit a few other posts – make some new friends, follow a few folks and maybe have some visitors fly by your very own blog.

This week’s question:

Oh my halloween hats.

I am an equal opportunity snacker. I do them sweet, salty and even a little pickely. If it is there I will eat it.

What’s yours?

So that’s pretty much my week in a nut shell. Other than work. Work is well… We just finished our month ends and that’s always exhausting. And on Monday (with my birthday hangover) I have 2 new trainees starting so think I am gonna have a cracker of a week.

  1. I love that you are an equal opportunities snacker, lol. I’ve been in a reading slump this week, so I’m going to follow your lead and do some re-reads.
I enjoyed A Touch of Death so I hope you did too!

  2. I think re-reading favourite books when you’re in a slump is the best way to cope. I did the same during the first lockdown in April.
I’ll be interested to see what you think about Touch of Death. I read it last year. Happy birthday for next week. X
